SIMS Livin'Large
by Aspyr

Rated T for Teens

$19.99 US // $39.99 Canadian

For Macintosh PPC / Windows 95 / 98 / ME

Where to begin first of all The Sims games is fun to play and can be played in any time that you give. What i mean by time is that as you play you can save, so that you can resume where you left off at anytime. The game is about real life in the orginal game The Sims you can either create a family up to eight characters (this is not encouraged to do, but i did it anyways) or as little as one character. The game allows you to buy a building to house your new family or to make things really easy some houses have families in them. The easiest way to start off is to select the house with two chacters and go from there.

The Sims Livin'Large is an expansion pack and will only work with the orginal game. However once you load the expansion pak into your computer you can never go back to the orginal game without reloading the game from scratch again.

There is little reading material in the expantion pak. Your made to rely on the manual from the orginal. However you do get a small booklet found on the inside of the cd case. The game plays itself so if you don't have the manual at hand it is not the end of the world, atleast not for you.

What is in the box

I've been playing the expantion pak now for about two weeks, and I like it. You get many more options than in the orginal game, which gives you plenty as well. There are more characters, and more attitudes from them. You can see some of those new characters on the cover of the game box.

Now your sims have more variety of jobs to go to and better pay. You also get visited by different characters. So characters are pleasant and you soon find yourself making friends with them. Other visiters are annoying and you will go to great lengths to get ride of them.

The game runs the same as the orginal. You can give your characters free will and you control them as well. From time to time your sim will look up to you and try and communicate a need that you have missed. One such need is energy. A sim needs to rest or they pass out where every they are, this is not a very pleasant sight.

The new expansion pak offers more items to choose from. You have better selections to buy from for your sim family.

More items to choose from gives sims a nicer home to live in. Custom designed to suit your every taste and style. You sim family will like it too.

This is a game that is fun for the whole family. there are many hours of fun.
You will not get board and you can save games whenever you like.
Carry on from where you last left off. Start as many different games as you like.
Start a different game or play one of you many saved games. Teaches young
teens what family life is about. Teaches what it could be like
when you move out on your own. Best of all it is fun.
